You are responsible for training within your own limits. Stop if something hurts in a way that feels wrong.
Free calls and bookings
Requesting a call through this site is not a contract and costs nothing. Moe replies personally, usually within a day, to agree a time. Prices shown on the site are indicative and confirmed in writing before any payment.
The 7-day challenge
The challenge is free. You receive seven emails over seven days, then nothing more unless you ask. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may change or withdraw the challenge without notice.
Content and intellectual property
The text, programmes, photos, logo and design on this site belong to [ business name ] or are used with permission. You may read, print and share links freely. You may not copy the programmes or branding for commercial use without written permission.
