Your data. Handled with the same care as your training.
This page explains what personal data Moe-Vement collects when you use this website, why, and what rights you have over it. Plain language, no small print.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is [ business name ], trading as Moe-Vement, [ business address ]. For anything related to your data, email [ contact email ].
What we collect, and when
Booking a call. Your name, a WhatsApp number or email address, how many days a week you can train, your main goal, and whether anything hurts right now. You choose what to share; only a name and one way to contact you are required.
The 7-day challenge. Your email address, so we can send you seven daily sessions.
Visiting the site. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page securely and to protect against abuse. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To reply to your booking request and set up a free call. To send the challenge emails you asked for. To keep the site running and secure. That is the full list.
The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a coaching agreement (booking), your consent (the challenge, which you can withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Information about pain or injury that you share when booking is health-related data. We only use it to prepare for your call, and only because you chose to tell us.
Who sees it
Moe, and nobody else inside the business. Outside it, a small number of service providers process data on our behalf: the website host (Cloudflare), the email tool used to send the challenge sessions, and WhatsApp if you choose to be contacted there. Each is bound by its own data processing terms. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Some providers may process data outside [ country ]. Where that happens, transfers are covered by standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Booking requests that do not lead to coaching are deleted within 6 months. Challenge subscribers are removed when they unsubscribe, or after 12 months of no engagement. If you become a client, your details are kept for the length of the coaching relationship and as long afterwards as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or ask us to restrict it. You can withdraw consent to the challenge emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. To exercise any right, email [ contact email ]. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the data protection authority in [ country ].
